Edit it yourself

You edit it. I keep it fast.

Change your words, photos and prices yourself. I connect the site to the CMS that fits the job, and the pages stay quick.

  • PayloadOpen source, self-hosted
  • SanityLive, shared editing
  • ContentstackEnterprise, many sites
  • WordPressHeadless: the editor you know
WhatsApp meOne message, no forms

Three steps. You only do the first one.

  1. Send one message

WhatsApp or email. Tell me what you do and where. Two minutes, no forms, no calls unless you want one.

  2. See it in about a week

I write the words, pick the photos and build it. You get a link to the real site on your phone.

  3. Pay when you’re happy

Tell me what to change. Nothing goes live until you say yes in writing (a WhatsApp counts), and only then you pay. No deposit.

Edit it yourself · +£150, one-off

Change it without calling me.

I build your website with its own editing panel. You change prices, words and your phone number whenever you like, and it goes live on its own. No waiting on me, no monthly fee.

  1. Log in

Your own panel, with your own password. No code, no page builder.

  2. Change it

Prices, words, phone number, the areas you cover. The design stays as it is.

  3. Press Publish changes

Your website updates by itself in a minute or two.

Built with Payload CMS. The animation shows an example site. Estancia La Josefina, one of my live sites, runs on Payload too, in Spanish and English. Rather just send me a message? That is the Care plan.

Enquiry alerts · +£50, one-off

Never lose an enquiry.

Busy on a job, the message gets buried, the customer rings someone else. With this, every time someone taps WhatsApp or email on your website, your phone pings and it goes in a list, so nothing slips.

  1. Someone taps WhatsApp or email

On any page of your website.

  2. Your phone pings

A Telegram alert, and a row in a Google Sheet: when, how, and where they came from when the link says (Google, your ad).

  3. A nudge if it waits

Not marked as dealt with after 3 days? You get a reminder at 9 in the morning.

Built with n8n, running on my server. This website uses the same setup for its own enquiries. The animation shows an example site.

Bigger jobs

More than a website? I build that too.

Bookings, payments, customer logins, an app in the stores, or the backend behind it all. SoyMenu is a web app I built on my own. ArquerosYa, which I co-founded, is a web app plus iOS and Android apps in the stores, with the API behind them.

Tell me about it
  1. Web apps

Bookings, payments, customer logins and dashboards.

    Next.js · TanStack Start · Stripe

  2. Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, in the stores.

    React Native · Expo

  3. Backend and APIs

Databases, integrations, the part nobody sees.

    Node · Fastify · Postgres

  4. AI features

Chatbots, automation and agents that do real work.

    LLM APIs · agents

Dashboards · on quote

Your numbers, on one screen.

Jobs in one app, invoices in another, costs in a spreadsheet. I build a dashboard that pulls them together and answers what you actually ask: am I making money, who owes me, is next week full.

  1. It reads what you already use

Your spreadsheets, or your invoicing or booking tool if it can export.

  2. Answers, not a wall of charts

Plain English, on your phone or laptop.

  3. Logins for your team

Each person sees what they need, nothing more.

Built with TanStack Start, the way I'm building my own back-office for restaurants. The animation shows an example business.

Ask Boti.

How long does it take?

Usually about a week from your first message to a live site. You see it before it goes live.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Yes. I rebuild it and move your web address across, so you keep your domain and email.

Do I need to write anything?

No. Tell me about your business in your own words and I write it up. You approve everything before it goes live.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, not mine.

Can I change the website myself?

That's what the Edit it yourself add-on is for (£150, one-off). I set up Payload CMS, an editing panel for your site: you log in, change the words, photos and prices, and press publish. No code, no monthly fee. Already on Sanity, Contentstack or WordPress, or need one of them? I work with those too, headless, priced on quote. I look after the design and anything that needs a developer. More than one language comes with it: every word in each language, same login. More than one venue? Payload handles that too, each venue with its own pages, priced on quote.

Do I pay for hosting?

Hosting is on me: free, for as long as the site is with me. The only yearly cost is your domain: I buy it for you, in your name, and you pay me back what it costs, no markup.

I'm on Checkatrade. Do I still need a website?

It helps. On Checkatrade you sit in a list next to your competitors, and the profile isn't yours. Your own site is just you, under your name, and it's the place to send people from your van, your cards and Google.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. I build the site fast and set up properly for Google, and the Ads plan looks after your Google Business profile, which is what shows up when people nearby search for what you do.

Do I have to take the care plan or ads?

No. They are optional. Plenty of clients just want the site.

Do you use AI?

Yes. Claude Code, Codex and the like, for repetitive coding, like a builder uses a power drill. I decide what gets built, check every line and test it on real phones. I also build AI-powered features for clients: chatbots, automation, agentic tools.

What do you build it with?

Whatever fits the job, not one tool for everything. A site that's mostly words and photos, like most trade sites, I build with Astro, so it loads fast even on one bar of signal. Bookings, payments or customer logins get Next.js or TanStack Start, a proper database like Postgres, and Stripe. Apps get React Native. No Wix or WordPress page builders. You don't need to know any of this: you get a fast site that can grow with you.

Where are you based?

London. I work with businesses across the UK, and everything can be done remotely.

Are there ongoing costs?

The website is a one-off price and hosting is free. The only yearly cost is your domain, at cost. The care plan (from £19 a month) and ads are optional, cancel any time.

What if I don't like it?

You don't pay until you're happy with the site. No deposit upfront.

Yours next.

Tell me what you do and where. I'll come back with a fixed price. No obligation, no deposit. Usually replies within a day.
